We got our white Christmas! We also had some very unusual rain in December, so at least we got to sit it out in style, snuggled up inside the cozy cabin with incredible views.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this cabin! Chris was amazing, he checked in throughout our stay just to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property itself is gorgeous, peaceful, and so well taken care of. The cabin has everything you could possibly ask for and more, making it feel like a true home away from home.
This was our second time staying in one of their properties, and once again, it did not disappoint. We will definitely be coming back again!

The icehouse is a gorgeous and spacious cabin. Extremely private and was the perfect place to disconnect from the world and relax with friends/ family. During our stay we had 8 kids and 6 adults and there was more than enough room for everyone. Everyone really enjoyed fishing on the lake with the provided kayaks, we also enjoyed the large fireplace to cuddle up next to with a hot cup of cocoa! Icehouse is very secluded, 33 minutes away from the nearest grocery store so make sure you stock up on the essentials before arriving. I would definitely book here again.

The Blue Heron Lodge is the answer to the question, "is there a private place, out in the quiet, that we can just escape to?" Spacious, all one level and so well renovated. We were in awe just walking through the first time. The bedrooms are large, nicely furnished and quiet. Bathrooms are nicely done. Kitchen is large and nicely stocked with amenities. It's a beautiful home, in beautiful surroundings. We took advantage of the trout fishing and had a blast! This property is out and away from the crowds but so well worth it! We even got a lightning and thunder show and woke up to 4 new inches of snow. It's just plain beautiful. We will come back and recommend this to anyone looking for peace and beautiful surroundings, like it used to be. If you are just staying in IP to visit YNP, don't stay here. If you want a truly genuine, option for private lake stocked with nice trout, peaceful, relaxing, stay and play, this is your place! Its an experience all on it's own!

This cabin is GORGEOUS! We brought our entire team up here for a retreat and it absolutely did not disappoint. Every detail was thought out, everything was extremely cleaned and organized. The property is breathtaking, the lake is stunning, the cabin is cozy and also super roomy. You could host huge groups here without feeling squished. All the beds were cozy and the kitchen was fully equipped. We will definitely be back again and again to this beautiful Island Park oasis! Perfect for families, retreats, you name it! Couldn't be happier with our stay.

I stayed here for two nights, and it was absolutely amazing! The cabin was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for a group getaway. The view from the back was stunning, and the lake was beautiful and peaceful, ideal for kayaking and relaxing outdoors. It was everything I hoped for and more — I’d definitely come back again!

Beautiful house on amazing property with 360 degree views to a lake. It is equipped with everything you might need in vacation rental. The host Chris is super responsive and helpful. Would recommend this with pleasure and hope to return there again one day.

This is our new favorite Island Park location!! Heaven on earth for us!! We even changed plans one of our days and just stayed on the property the entire day ( many of us would have done this everyday)! fly fishing on a private lake watching eagles land/ fish with us. Deer/elk shared our stay as well. So private, great layout for large family gathering. Huge Kitchen was perfect place to eat/ play games. Can't wait to go again!!

This property brought back so many childhood memories and it was great to revisit places we played at when I was a kid. Our family enjoyed the lake, riding the trails, and spending time playing games and visiting. We definitely want to come back in the future!
